COMPANY STRUCTURE  Ludlow China Fund, LP Ludlow China Ventures, Inc. Ludlow China ResearchLUDLOW CHINA FUND, LP Managed Hedge Fund: The Ludlow China Fund, LP is a managed hedge fund, with a specific focus on providing hedged investments within the Chinese sector for high net worth accredited and institutional investors. LUDLOW CHINA VENTURES Acquisitions: Ludlow China Ventures is the venture capital arm of Ludlow China, and will seek out Chinese companies, with strong fundamentals, and US GAAP audits, to bring public in the US. The fund will provide the capital for a company to go public, and spin off the public float as a dividend for our fund holders. This will allow our fund holders to retain ownership in our fund, and obtain new and exclusive Chinese issues as we take them public. Private Placements: The Ludlow China Fund will seek out ‘private placement’ investment opportunities with existing public Chinese companies through the purchase of shares and warrants in underlying Chinese stocks. LUDLOW CHINA RESEARCH Ludlow China Research, consists of the Ludlow China Index, which is a basket of some of the top US traded Chinese companies. The Index provides institutional and individual investors a gauge for tracking the day-to-day performance of Chinese stocks traded here in the US. The index is designed for investors who have a long-term bullish outlook on China's emerging market. The Ludlow China Fund will work to begin listing the Ludlow China Index on the AMEX exchange. |
